Alongside private sessions, I teach group classes at studios across Altrincham and Manchester throughout the week. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen an existing practice, there's a class for you.

About the classes
Vinyasa Flow - A dynamic, breath-led practice that links movement and breath in a continuous flowing sequence. Builds strength, flexibility and focus. Tuesday's class at Narali Yoga is heated.
4Beat - A unique rhythmic yoga style that synchronises movement with a four-beat musical pulse. Energising, playful and seriously good for building strength and body awareness. Available in both heated and standard sessions across the week.
Rocket - A dynamic Ashtanga-based practice that gets you working hard and progressing quickly. Friday's class at Inhale Yoga Studio is the place to challenge yourself and build a strong, consistent practice.
