I offer one-to-one yoga sessions in Hale and Altrincham, tailored entirely to your body, your goals and your pace. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practising for years, a private session gives you something a group class simply can't. Every pose, every sequence and every breath technique chosen specifically for you.

Who comes to me for private yoga?

My private clients come from all walks of life, but they tend to share one thing: they want real results, not a generic class designed for twenty people at once.

Some are women who want to build genuine, functional strength — not just flexibility — and feel powerful and capable in their bodies. Others are men who've spent decades in demanding careers or on the golf course, and are now feeling the stiffness, tightness and reduced mobility that comes with it. They want to move freely again, play better golf, and feel physically resilient for the years ahead.

Others come because stress, anxiety or a busy mind have taken their toll, and they want practical breathwork tools that actually work. Some are working towards a specific goal — headstand, handstand, pincha. And some are pre- or postnatal and need specialist, informed support.

Whatever brings you to the mat, we start from where you are.

My approach

My teaching is dynamic and strength-based, drawing on Rocket yoga, Vinyasa and 4Beat, with a strong foundation in Pranayama breathwork. I don't teach one-size-fits-all sequences; I observe how you move, understand what your body needs, and build sessions that evolve as you do.

I hold 450 hours of yoga teacher training, including specialist qualifications in Pranayama, Rocket yoga, pre- and postnatal yoga, and 4Beat.

Practical details

Sessions are available at your home in Hale, Altrincham or the surrounding area: Bowdon, Timperley, Hale Barns and beyond. Online sessions are also available.

No prior experience is needed. Just bring yourself, I’ll take care of the rest!
