Most yoga teachers will help you stretch. My private sessions are different.
Whether you want to build real strength, calm an overactive nervous system, or work towards a specific goal like headstand, handstand, or pincha, my one-to-one sessions give you the focused, personalised progression that a group class simply can’t.
Every session is tailored entirely to you: your body, your goals, your pace. I combine strength-building drills, breathwork for nervous system regulation, and carefully sequenced inversion work so that you make genuine progress every time you step on the mat.
I offer private sessions in Altrincham, Hale and the surrounding area, as well as online.
These sessions are perfect if you:
Want to get stronger through yoga, not just more flexible
Are working towards a specific inversion like headstand, handstand, or pincha
Struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, or a busy mind and want practical breathwork tools
Prefer one-to-one attention over a group class
Are pre or postnatal and need specialist support
